Welcome to the team! In the first week of September, our new apprentices Mathew and Loris started their training as industrial clerks at Joseph Westiform GmbH. ‍The first week is always all about onboarding and getting to know each other. After a general introductory round and a tour of our production plant on the first day, they got to know all the employees in the administration department. The remaining days were spent in production, where they gained their first insights into the manufacturing processes of our corporate design products and technical solutions in the various departments, and in the second week of September they started their training in the first specialist department, Mathew in production control and Loris in shipping. ‍The entire Joseph Westiform team wishes them a good start and lots of success, fun and enjoyment in our company. Together we will master many exciting challenges over the next 3 years and support your professional development.
